Q: Is PetTastics insured?
A: Yes we are. PetTastics has insurance that covers your pets, pet transportation, yard services, and all your personal property. Please feel free to ask for further details.
Q: Do I need to be home during my service visits?
A: You don't need to be home during your services visits. However, we must be able to gain access to the animal or area we are scheduled to service. There are a variety of ways to do that and at PetTastics we try to do what works best for you!
Q: Are there any contracts to sign?
A: There are no contracts to sign and no long term commitments. You may cancel your service anytime. We do ask that you give us 24 hr notice.
Q: How do you ensure that you are not infecting us with waste from another yard?
A: PetTastics completely sanitizes all equipment before and after each service visit.
Q: How often does PetTastics come out to my home?
A: PetTastics normally comes out weekly or bi weekly for Pet Waste Removal, M-F for pet walks, and as needed for Pet-Taxi Services. We will always do our best to customize our schedule to fit yours. Call for a free consultation.
Q: What happens if my services can't be completed due to inclement weather?
A: Pettastics works through most weather conditions. However if your service can't be completed due to weather we will come out and complete your services with no additional fee as soon as possible. Usually within 24hrs.
